• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including participant cancellation or inability to attend the event. You can receive credit for a future event.
• Event Rain or Shine: The candle making class will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. We are committed to providing a memorable and enjoyable experience, regardless of weather conditions.
• Exception - Acts of God: Should the event be prevented or rendered impossible to hold due to an act of God, such as natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods), war, pandemic, or any other unforeseen extreme circumstances beyond the control of Windy City Scents and Weathered Not Worn, we will provide participants with options regarding their ticket purchase. This may include rescheduling of the event or other compensatory measures, as deemed appropriate by the event organizers.
• Safety and Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and safely at all times during the event. All guests will need to sign our liability waiver to participate in the candle making experience.  The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous, without refund.
